To optimize matrix transpose for specific hardware, the cache size of your machine must be taken into account. This page visualizes conflict misses and cache hits for a matrix transpose.

Using this tool, users can set the cache parameters and individually click values in the matrix to transpose, with the values in the cache visualized.
